The Government Law practice group, headed by the Crown Solicitor, focusses on significant government legal issues, including: 

  • Parliament
  • executive power
  • state and local government elections
  • public finance legislation
  • major government projects, including restructures, corporatisations, asset divestments and privatisations
  • government sector employment legislation​.
