Management and structure

The CSO is a public service executive agency within the Communities and Justice portfolio of agencies.

The NSW Crown Solicitor is the head of the agency and the solicitor on the record for legal proceedings when representing the State, agencies, or Ministers.

CSO Executive Committee

The CSO Executive Committee oversees the CSO's organisational performance and delivery of services to clients. The Committee comprises the Assistant Crown Solcitors and leaders of the Corporrate Services teams, and is chaired by the Crown Solicitor.
