The CSO's Agency Information Guide outlines:
The guide is published in accordance with section 20 of the GIPA Act.
Read the CSO's Agency Information Guide online or download the guide (PDF).
Applicants can submit a formal access application by contacting the Right to Information Officer.
Download and complete the formal access to information application form (PDF).
Under section 25 of the GIPA Act, the CSO is required to keep a disclosure log that documents the information we release in response to access applications, and which may be of interest to other members of the public. The disclosure log will be updated as we receive access applications.
